Square Mile Capital Originates $185M Loan to Refinance Bezel Miami
Institutional real estate and investment management firm Square Mile Capital Management, LLC has closed a $185-million loan to refinance Bezel Miami, a Class A, 434-unit multifamily building located n Downtown Miami, FL.
The loan was made to The Moinian Group, and financing was arranged by Drew Fletcher of Greystone and Robert Kaplan of Cushman & Wakefield.
“Bezel is one of the highest quality, luxury multifamily projects in Miami, a market in which we continue to have strong conviction,” said Square Mile Capital Management, LLC managing director Eric Cohen. “Despite recent market volatility, we expect to see robust tailwinds in this region supporting luxury assets such as Bezel.”
The 43-story property, which delivered in December 2021, features a resort-style rooftop swimming pool with a landscaped deck, an open lounge area, a wellness center and Miami Bay views. The Bezel Miami is part of the Miami Worldcenter, a $4 billion mixed-use destination.
