Sprouts Replaces 99 Cents Only at OC Center

NewMark Merrill Companies has signed Sprouts Farmers Market to a new lease for 25,860 square feet at Bristol Warner Village, an 80,865-square-foot retail center located at 2311 S. Bristol St. in Santa Ana. Sprouts replaces a 99 Cents Only store that closed in 2024. The new Sprouts store is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026.

“We’re proud to welcome Sprouts Farmers Market to Santa Ana as a best-in-class grocer that brings fresh, high-quality food options to the community,” said Greg Giacopuzzi, VP of leasing and development. “This location represents a significant upgrade over the dollar store it replaces and will add a meaningful daily needs component to the center. Sprouts’ investment in this location is a testament to the dynamic and diverse community for those who call Santa Ana home.”

NewMark Merrill’s team included Giacopuzzi, president and CEO Sandy Sigal and EVP Brad Pearl. Sprouts was represented by Ryan Sullivan and Jeff Nichols of CBRE.
