Sprouts Construction Underway in New Braunfels Creekside Town Center
NewQuest is under construction on the Sprouts Farmers Market in Creekside Town Center (photo) in New Braunfels in Comal County.
The developer anticipates Sprouts’ opening in Q1 2026. This 23,434-square-foot store will be within walking distance of Creekside Town Center’s multifamily component and shopping, dining, and entertainment brands. The chain is the first grocer in NewQuest’s 400-acre development, which now exceeds one million square feet of built space with room for another 100,000 square feet in the Texas Hill County town of New Braunfels.
Sprouts has nearly 55 locations in Texas, the closest of which is 35 miles southeast of New Braunfels. GLR Inc. is the general contractor for the new store, a ground-up undertaking in Creekside’s Phase II development.
Meanwhile, inside Creekside is the soon-to-be developed Topgolf and EoS Fitness, which will be located close to EVO Entertainment. NewQuest’s built space is 99% occupied.
