Sprouts Breaks Ground on New Phoenix HQ

Construction officially began on a new Sprouts Farmers Market headquarters campus in north Phoenix.

The campus, located near 56th Street and Loop 101 within the CityNorth development, will serve as the headquarters for the grocery chain’s corporate operations. The project spans more than seven acres and includes a four-story, 144,500-square-foot office building and a 25,000-square-foot Sprouts grocery store.

The development will include 11,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space and a three-story parking garage in addition to the main structures. Future phases of the campus may include amenities like a gym, yoga studio, café, and tasting rooms. Trammell Crow is the developer, Wespac is the builder, and RSP Architects is designing the project.

Sprouts will transition from its current 96,000-square-foot space to the new location by August 2026.
