GBT Realty Corporation will soon start the development of Preston Crossroads, a grocery-anchored shopping center in Celina. The 56,000-square-foot neighborhood center is set to be anchored by a 23,000-square-foot Sprouts Farmers Market. Construction is expected to start in January. 

GBT’s Jeff Pape added, “With a location at the busiest intersection in America’s fastest-growing city, we have every confidence that this center will quickly become a favorite among the rapidly growing population in Celina.” The center will be located on 5.77 acres at the corner of N. Preston Road and E. Frontier Parkway.

The shopping center is expected to be complete by summer 2027. 

Currently, more than 30 locations of the Arizona-based Sprouts are scattered throughout the Metroplex; however, the nearest storefront to the Celina site is 12 miles away.
