Springbone Kitchen to Open in Midtown 

Springbone Kitchen, known for its bone broth and healthy fast-casual options, is opening a new outpost at 1155 Avenue of the Americas in Midtown.  

The restaurant will occupy nearly 2,000 square feet on the ground floor and lower level of the office tower. Springbone is known for its gluten- and seed-oil-free menu, including bone broths and bowls made from 100% grass-fed meats. The Durst Organization completed a $130 million transformation at the property with significant architectural enhancements including a unique landscaped entry plaza on West 44th Street. 

The Durst Organization was represented in-house by Rocco Romeo and Nora Caliban and by Brad Schwarz and JP Sutro of Lee & Associates NYC. Springbone was represented by Jon Spadafino and Adam Langer of SRS Brokerage.
