Spring Stuebner Plaza Changes Hands

Braun Enterprises, operating under the entity name of Spring Stuebner Realty Inc., ended its long-term hold on Spring Stuebner Plaza, a 66,125-square-foot multi-tenant retail and office warehouse properties in the far north Houston suburb of Spring, TX. The buyer of the asset at 3332-3336 Spring Stuebner Rd. was not disclosed.

Josh Lass-Sughrue and Jason Ridenbaugh with NAI Partners represented the seller in the transaction. The property was 100% leased at the time of the sale, with the tenant roster including Allstate Insurance, Major League Academy of Baseball, McDonald & Associates LLC, Brothers Lighting & Electrical and Powertrain Industries Inc.

The 13-year-old asset is near Springwoods Village, a 2,000-acre, master-planned, mixed-use development.
