Medistar is developing Virtuo Spring, a 314- to 333-unit apartment complex under construction at 4126 FM 2920, Spring. The 13-acre property will feature a fitness area, a swimming pool, a dog park and electric vehicle charging stations. Construction began on Virtuo Spring in October and is slated to be completed by the third quarter of 2024. 

Dhahani Private Equity Group is spearheading another complex at 3880 FM 2920 in Spring. The 276-unit rental community will be called Territory at Falvel and will have apartments priced between $1,200 and $2,200 a month. Amenities will include a swimming pool, dog park, pet washing station, fitness center, car wash station, coffee lounge, and outdoor media lounge. Construction began on the complex in August with delivery slated for second quarter 2024.

And earlier this week, we reported Sueba USA has broken ground on Imperial Oaks Square (see picture), a 269-unit multifamily project, adjacent to 100-acre Lake Holcomb. Rentals won’t be ready until late in 2024.
