Spring Groundbreaking Planned for 167-Key Hotel

D.C. Partners and Universal Service Group are readying to begin construction on a Thompson Hotel-flagged project, the Arts Residences, at 115 Lexington Ave. along San Antonio’s River Walk. Groundbreaking is planned for spring for the property that will offer 167 hotel rooms and 66 condominium residences.

The Arts Residences has been close to a year in the making, and is D.C. Partners’ first San Antonio project. The property will include a restaurant on the ground floor, and a pool deck overlooking the San Antonio River. Meanwhile, those who own condominiums will have an entrance separate from the hotel property, but will have access to the hotel amenities.

The price tag for a condo starts at $400,000, and goes as high as $5 million. Sizes range from 735 square feet (for one-bedroom units) to 7,324 square feet (for three-bedroom penthouses).
