Connect CRE Seeks Young CRE Talent for 2026 Next Gen Awards
Connect Commercial Real Estate’s ninth annual Next Generation Awards in 2025 put the spotlight on 110 of commercial real estate’s most talented young professionals. Now we’re gearing up to do it again, with an all-new class of honorees, and we welcome your input for our 10th annual Connect CRE Next Generation Awards.
As in previous editions of our Next Generation Awards, we intend to spotlight rising stars from each of the regions we cover. That means Next Generation honorees in California, Seattle & Northwest, Phoenix & Southwest, Texas, Chicago & Midwest, Boston & New England, New York & Tri-State, Washington DC & Mid-Atlantic, Atlanta & Southeast and Florida & Gulf Coast, in addition to National candidates.
Just as we’re looking for Next Generation nominees from across the country, we’re also looking for candidates from across the CRE spectrum. Last year’s winners included rising stars in development, finance, ownership, law,and brokerage, to cite some of the disciplines that were represented.
After considering your recommendations, we’ll choose this year’s honorees. We’ll begin announcing them in May.
Candidates must be 35 or younger as of Dec. 31, 2026.
Please return your nomination by May 15, 2026.
