Sports Media Company Signs Office Lease in Manhattan’s Flatiron District 

The Action Network, a sports media company, has signed a long-term lease with 61 West 23rd Street LLC for the second floor of the seven-story office property in Manhattan’s Flatiron District. The asking rent for the 8,367-square-foot space was $78 per sq. ft. CBRE team represented the owner during the leasing campaign. 

“With its recent redevelopment, 61 West 23rd Street offers a distinguished product in the heart of the Flatiron District,” said Colleen Wenke, president of Taconic Development Advisors, “We are thrilled to welcome Action Network to the building and continue to attract highly regarded tenants alike.” 

Constructed in 1887, the building underwent modernization in 2021, which included new elevator cabs, a brand-new attended lobby, and restored façade. The 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th floors of the building are currently available for lease. Recent new retail tenants include Sisu Cosmetics and Empire State of Wine.
