Sports Bar Scores Knockout in Lewisville Purchase

A franchisee for Knockout Sports Bar has purchased a 7,725-square-foot freestanding restaurant building on approximately 2.14 acres at 1640 S. Stemmons Freeway (IH-35E) in Lewisville. The Lewisville second-generation building features sit-down restaurant space with a fully built-out kitchen, as well as a private party room, and indoor and outdoor patio seating. The location offers visibility from IH‐35 and solid restaurant co‐tenancy.

With locations across Dallas-Fort Worth, Knockout Sports Bar is a sports-submerged concept offering a mix of 20 beers on tap and American-based food with multi-regional influences.
