Spire Debuts Penthouse Condos in Downtown Seattle
The 41-story Spire tower, the closest high-rise to Seattle’s iconic Space Needle, has launched its penthouse collection of nine residences by Laconia Development. The units, starting at $1.2 million, feature views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and Lake Union.
Spire was Seattle’s fastest selling condominium development in 2021, and the penthouse launch marks the building’s final release. “Our penthouse collection is an inimitable blend of luxury and grand vistas,” said Laconia’s CEO Paul Menzies in a news release. “Spire is indisputably unrivaled in the market. For anyone looking for the pinnacle of luxury living, this is it.”
The penthouse homes range in size from 677 to 2,600 square feet and include access to the building’s fully-automated parking system. The units feature 10-foot ceilings, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances along with fireplaces and deep soaking tubs. Spire is also within walking distance of big-name high-tech companies like Amazon and Apple.
