Spin Master Will Upsize LA Offices in Move to Playa Vista

Leading global children’s entertainment company Spin Master will expand and relocate its Los Angeles office to The Collective, Tishman Speyer’s creative office campus in Playa Vista. In a multi-year agreement, Spin Master will occupy 132,300 square feet across three full buildings within The Collective’s five-building campus, relocating from 70,000 square feet at 5880 Jefferson Blvd.

“We designed The Collective as an inspiring environment for creative brands,” said Tishman Speyer managing director Allen Palmer. “We are excited that Spin Master sees our campus as the ideal setting for its team to innovate and grow.”

The Collective is one of three office developments Tishman Speyer built on 64 acres it acquired in 2007. The acreage also houses Campus at Playa Vista and The Brickyard.

Tishman Speyer was represented in-house by Palmer. Spin Master was represented by Tony Morales of Centurion Holdings, Maureen Hawley of JLL and Chris Dumont of Madison Partners.
