Spin Master Joins Cardinal Toys Division at LIC’s Factory

Canada-based Spin Master Corporation is moving its New York City headquarters to the Factory in Long Island City. It’s joining its games and puzzle division, Cardinal Toys, at the 1.1-million-square-foot creative loft office building owned by Atlas Capital Group, Partners and Invesco.

The 25,744-square-foot, six-year transaction brings Spin Master’s total lease commitment at the Factory to 50,802 square feet, or more than double the size of the existing Cardinal Toys space.

“The fact that Spin Master doubled in size in less than a year proves our desire to provide a creative and amenity-rich environment that dynamic companies like Spin Master need in order to attract and retain talent,” said Atlas Capital’s Jay Fehskens.

NKF’s Brian Waterman, Howard J. Kesseler, Jordan A. Gosin and Alex Rosenblum negotiated the transaction on behalf of ownership. Other tenants at the Factory include HALO Branded Solutions, Ralph Lauren, Macy’s and J. Crew’s Madewell.
