SperryCGA’s North America Network Grows to Nearly 60 Offices

Irvine-based Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates’ (SperryCGA) North America affiliate network has grown to encompass nearly 60 offices as of second quarter 2021, which gives the firm complete coverage across the country. In 2021, SperryCGA anticipates adding new franchises in more than 20 key markets including several in the Northeast, New York, California and Texas.

With that growth mode in mind, the firm recently added Kirt Boultinghouse to the company’s expanding team. He will serve as U.S national franchise sales director based in Irvine.

“We continue to expand our team and national footprint in response to all the impressive talent that is seeking a brand, like SperryCGA’s dynamic international platform that provides tools for networking, marketing and branding,” says Mark Hinkins, SperryCGA president. “We are excited to welcome Kirt to the team and are confident he will accelerate the growth of our franchise business significantly.”

Prior to joining SperryCGA, Boultinghouse served as senior managing director at Faris Lee in Orange County. He also spent two decades working for some of the largest U.S. private equity firms including Trammell Crow Company and Donahue Schriber.

The company recently launched its first international franchise office in Mexico City, and is also developing its global affiliate network in Latin-America, Europe and the Middle East in a recently announced partnership with Dubai UAE-based International Real Estate Partners.

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
