SperryCGA Taps Hinkins and Lung for Growing Leadership Team

Irvine-based Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC has expanded its leadership team with the addition of Mark D. Hinkins as president and promotion of Jamie Lung to manager of franchise operations. SperryCGA is focused on building its franchise model via collaborative growth with its affiliate partners.

“We have rapidly restructured our organization leading into 2021, encompassing several additions and promotions across the SperryCGA platform,” says Hinkins. “We’ve also created a robust growth plan for 2021 that entails the addition of new service lines designed to increase business across our platform and the expansion beyond the U.S. domestic market into global markets via a new strategic partnership that is nearing completion.”

The installation of Hinkins as president follows his affiliation with SperryCGA in 2017 from Trimark Commercial Real Estate, a firm he founded. His commercial real estate career spans nearly 34 years.

Lung has been with the Sperry organization since 2011 and is responsible for overseeing new franchise development, compliance, systems management, affiliate on-boarding, administration and daily operations. Lung has more than 13 years combined experience in the commercial, residential and real estate finance industries.
