SperryCGA Partners with Dubai Firm to Expand Affiliate Platform

Irvine-based Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates LLC (SperryCGA) recently signed an agreement with Dubai UAE-based International Real Estate Partners (IREP) to expand its affiliate platform on an international scope. Through this strategic partnership, SperryCGA will add 24 international IREP affiliate offices in 16 countries by 2024, commencing with Mexico City, which began operating April 8.

“We have rapidly expanded our affiliate network across the United States to 59 offices as of April 2021, with our latest affiliate office opening in Bellevue, WA,” says Mark D. Hinkins, SperryCGA president. “Our affiliate franchise platform was created to bring value and success in not just large MSA markets but in underserved markets and even challenging markets. This is why our strategic international partnership with IREP is set to change the way real estate transaction services are delivered to all markets globally.”

SperryCGA continues to expand its North America network as well, giving the affiliate network firm complete coverage across the country. In 2021, SperryCGA anticipates adding new franchises in more than 20 key markets including several in the Northeast, New York, California, Texas and the Pacific Northwest. Beyond its first international franchised office in Mexico City, SperryCGA plans to expand its global affiliate network in Latin America, Europe and the Middle East with five additional international locations set to open this year.
