Sperry Commercial Expands Bay Area Presence

Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates expanded its footprint at its first ever Bay Area office with the addition of Rick Lahkar as an affiliate in San Francisco. Lahkar (pictured above right), who specializes in investment sales in the hospitality sector, will serve as managing broker.

Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates’ Rich Enderlin says, “We are excited to bring Rick’s expertise on board. He brings a strong platform in hospitality, which is an important investment category for the firm.”

Lahkar launched his own firm in May 2017. Prior to that he was an associate in Marcus & Millichap’s National Hospitality Group, where he helped hotel owners and buyers in the disposition and acquisition of hotels in the Northern California market.

Lahkar worked in the hospitality industry as a general manager for Holiday Inn Express, which broadened his interest and experience in the hotel sector.
