Spectrum Scores Fifth-Floor Lease Deal for Charlotte’s Vantage South End
The Spectrum Companies has completed a lease deal with Armstrong Transport Group for the entire fifth floor of Vantage South End, a mixed-use development on five acres adjacent to Uptown in Charlotte’s vibrant South End.
Keith Bell of Cushman & Wakefield represented Armstrong Transport Group on the transaction.
ATG will take up residence just over 27,000 square feet of the East Tower as it relocates its corporate headquarters in May from the University area. The third-party logistics provider has about 200 corporate employees that support 130 freight agent offices and 450 logistics professionals nationwide.
Once completed, the Vantage South End campus will include two 11-story office towers with 18 terraces, a one-acre urban park, eight dining options, and a 200-room hotel.
The property’s site on South Tryon Street at West Carson Boulevard is two blocks to Uptown and one block from the Carson Street light rail station in South End.
