Spectrum Reach Makes Headquarters Move to Rudin’s 3 Times Square
Spectrum Reach, the advertising sales business of Charter Communications, will relocate its headquarters to 3 Times Square, Rudin’s 30-story, 925,000-square foot tower in Midtown Manhattan. As part of an approximately 11-year deal, Spectrum Reach will occupy 55,848 square feet. The move from its current office at 1633 Broadway is set for this fall.
“We are pleased to welcome Spectrum Reach to 3 Times Square’s impressive roster of companies and institutions, who have been attracted to the tower’s upgrades, expanded amenity program and prime Midtown location,” said Michael Rudin, co-CEO of Rudin. “It is fitting that we kick off our centennial year with an agreement that is emblematic of Rudin’s commitment to cultivating best-in-class environments for our customers.”
Robert Stillman, Cara Chayet and Liz Lash of CBRE represented Spectrum Reach. Ownership was represented by Thomas Keating of Rudin and the Cushman & Wakefield agency team of Ron Lo Russo, John Cefaly, Paige Engeldrum, Lou D’Avanzo, Mike Burgio and Dan Organ.
