Spectrum, FCA Partners Close Land Deal in Jacksonville’s Seven Pines

The Spectrum Companies and FCA Partners have purchased land within the Seven Pines master-planned community underway in Jacksonville, FL with intentions for a multifamily complex.

The 1,000-acre Seven Pines community is located at I-295 and J. Turner Butler Boulevard near St. John’s Town Center, about 15 minutes from Ponte Vedra and Jacksonville beaches. Upon completion, Seven Pines will have more than 1,500 single-family homes and a village center.

Spectrum plans to build 20 townhomes and 280 apartments spread across four four-story, elevatored buildings on 13 acres in Seven Pines.

The land sale was brokered by Tyler Nilsson and Erik Bjornson of Newmark.  BB+M Architecture is providing architecture and interior design services for the project.  England-Thims and Miller, Inc. is the civil engineer, and Land Design is the landscape architect.

Spectrum owns, develops, leases and manages commercial and multifamily properties across the Southeast and has a portfolio valued at more than $2 billion.
