Vara Trinity Park

Spectrum Bringing 267 Apartment Units to Trinity Park

The Spectrum Companies began construction on its latest multifamily community, Vara Trinity Park, providing 267 new residential units.

The community, located at 1618 North Duke St., will include three four- and five-story buildings offering a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Commercial Search reports amenity spaces are organized around a residential concept, including a family room-inspired leasing environment, a library-style coworking space, and a two-story social clubroom.

Project partners include BB+M Architecture (architecture and interior design), McAdams (civil engineering and landscape architecture), and Summit Contracting Group (general contractor). 

Founded in 1982, the company says it develops, owns, leases, and manages high-quality commercial and multifamily properties. The firm has developed 7,600 units and is active in the Carolinas, Tennessee and Florida. It’s completed more than 60 residential and commercial projects since its founding in 1982.
