Spec’s Lease Pushes Retail Center to 100% Occupancy

Spec’s Wine, Spirits & Finer Foods has taken a junior anchor space in Ingram Festival, a power retail center on San Antonio’s northwest side. The wine and spirit store leased 18,383 square feet of space at 6003-6065 N.W. Loop 410, bringing the 222,407-square-foot retail center to 100% occupancy.

Spec’s joins other tenants including Best Buy, Starbuck’s, DSW, Old Navy, Marshall’s Michael’s, F21 Red and Barnes & Noble, among others. Weitzman manages Ingram Festival, on behalf of the Southern California owner. The retail asset is at the north side of the Ingram Park Mall, a regional mall spanning close to two million square feet.
