Specialty Café Will Open at ATCO Rental Property Near Central Park

Specialty café Sip and Co. has signed a 10-year lease on the ground floor at ATCO Properties & Management’s 41 W. 58th St., an 11-story luxury residential building near Central Park. The new 725-square-foot café features indoor dining as well as takeout options.

Founded by Chin Mong, the owner of Brightbox Consulting, and Jeremy Torres, Sip and Co. serves artisanal coffee, sandwiches, and desserts.

“The main reason why we choose this location is that it is located right underneath one of the most historical resident buildings at Central Park South,” said Mong. “Also, it is surrounded by many iconic hotels, landmarks, restaurants, and companies, like Carnegie Hall, Park Lane Hotel, Apple Store, and Bergdorf Goodman.”

Sip and Co. was represented by Aldona Dabrowska of Oxford Property Group. William Carr and John Cinosky of Atco Brokerage Services represented building ownership in-house.
