Spec Warehouse Build Launches in Bedford Park

PREMIER Design + Build Group and Bridge Development Partners have launched a speculative warehouse project in Bedford Park, IL, a southwest suburb of Chicago. The 218,560-square foot warehouse, built on the site of a disused single-story building, will be constructed primarily of precast panels and glass.

“We are very excited to be involved in a new development in Bedford Park,” said Bridge VP Nick Siegel. “The village has a tremendous business-friendly reputation and could not have been more helpful throughout this process.”

Joining PREMIER and Bridge Development Partners at Tuesday’s groundbreaking was Bedford Park village president David R. Brady. “The former building wasn’t in the best shape, so it was a great opportunity for the village,” said Brady.

Cornerstone Architects Ltd. is providing architectural design services on the project. Swift Structural Design is handling structural engineering services, and Spaceco is providing civil engineering services.
