Spear Street Capital Acquires $248M, Class A Office Portfolio in Atlanta

San Francisco, CA-based Spear Street Capital – an owner operator of distinctive commercial office properties has completed its $247.5-million purchase of 1001, 2002 and 4004 Summit Boulevard, three Class A office buildings located within Perimeter Summit in Atlanta, GA.

Richard Reid, Ed Coco, Ryan Clutter, Ralph Smalley and Huston Green of JLL represented the confidential seller and procured Spear Street Capital, an owner and operator of office properties located in the US, Canada and Europe

“With thoughtful reinvestment, Perimeter Summit is exceptionally well-positioned to capture large corporate occupiers committed to delivering high-quality, dynamic office environments to their employees,” said Laura Dunn, managing director at Spear Street Capital.

 Perimeter Summit is leased to 12 tenants across 11 industries. Tenants have access to fitness centers, conferencing centers, common area workspaces, underground parking and outdoor amenities such as jogging trails and greenspace.

As part of the Central Perimeter submarket, the largest corporate office market in the Southeast, the Perimeter Summit is surrounded by more than 4,000 businesses.
