Spaulding Ridge Quadruples Space in Central Loop Move

Colliers Chicago EVP Jeff Mulder has arranged a 25,779-square-foot lease on behalf of Spaulding Ridge at 203 N. LaSalle St. in downtown Chicago’s Central Loop submarket. The cloud technology advisory and implementation firm quadruples its footprint from the current office space at 105 W. Madison St. with the move.

“This was an incredibly attractive opportunity for Spaulding Ridge, which is growing at breakneck speed,” said Mulder.

203 N. LaSalle is a 27 story, 625,221-square-foot Class A office tower. It features new amenities such as a state-of-the-art conference center, fitness center and tenant lounge. The building is directly connected to the CTA Clark/Lake station.

This is Spaulding Ridge’s only Chicago location.
