Spartan Investment Group Acquires Oregon Self-Storage Facilities

Spartan Investment Group, a Colorado-based privately held real estate investment firm specializing in self-storage, has closed on a duo of existing facilities in Salem, Oregon.

The acquisitions, totaling 164,752 net rentable square feet and 1,150 units, mark the eighth and ninth Pacific Northwest properties in their portfolio, with five being acquired in 2024 alone.

The portfolio is comprised of two facilities in Salem. The Glen Creek property has 633 units with 93,252 net rentable square feet, and the Blossom Drive property features 615 units with 71,500 net rentable square feet. Built in 1992 and 2006, respectively, Spartan will invest in upgrades and expand amenities at both locations.

Spartan’s Pacific Northwest portfolio includes a wide range of facilities, including premier facilities in Sandy, Oregon, and Black Diamond, Washington — both constructed and operated by Spartan’s in-house teams. Additionally, Spartan introduced a trio of Class A properties across Vancouver and Portland in 2024.
