SparrowHawk Trades DeKalb Industrial to Zilber

SparrowHawk Real Estate has completed the disposition of a Class A, fully leased industrial building in DeKalb, IL. The asset was purchased by Zilber Property Group.

“Our strategy for 2021 is to be net buyers of industrial assets in our targeted markets,” said SparrowHawk president Alfredo Gutierrez. “Yet we also recognize that with the investor appetite for quality assets, and as the business plans for certain assets are achieved, there will be opportunities to leverage the sale of assets like 711 Fairview.”

JLL’s industrial team included EVPs Dominic Carbonari and Frank Griffin, senior associate Kate Coxworth, and Ed Halaburt, senior director, capital markets
