Spaces Takes Occupancy of 99K SF at 787 Eleventh

Flexible workspace provider Spaces has taken occupancy at the Georgetown Company’s 787 Eleventh Ave. The two-floor lease, which Spaces signed in September 2018, comprises 99,000 square feet.

“Spaces’ newly built-out location beautifully complements the high-quality, modern industrial design of 787 Eleventh Ave.,” said Jonathan Schmerin, managing principal of Georgetown. “The innovative co-working firm’s top-of-the-line finishes and atmosphere will serve as a welcome addition to our existing roster of world-class tenants.

“This much-anticipated opening further solidifies 787 11th and the Far West Side as ideal destinations for innovative, high caliber tenants of all types,” Schmerin added.

“Following the success of one of our newest Spaces in the Chrysler Building, we thought that continuing our expansion on the far West Side, and at 787 Eleventh Ave. in particular, would be the perfect next location to meet our customers’ needs,” said Michael Berretta, VP of network development of IWG, owner of Spaces.
