Spaces Signs 51K-SF Office Lease in Miami Beach
Flexible coworking provider Spaces has signed a 51,064-square-foot office lease at 111 Lincoln in Miami Beach. The property is located at the corner of Alton and Lincoln roads, near the start of a pedestrian promenade on Lincoln.
Diana Parker and Kevin Gonzalez of CBRE represented the landlord, CBRE Global Investors, in the transaction. Gavin Macphail of JLL represented Spaces in the lease negotiations.
The property, which is now 95% occupied, consists of 94,488 square feet of creative office space and 51,0839 square feet of retail and restaurant space, with a tenant roster that includes Juvia, Ted Baker, Osklen, Shake Shack and Douglas Elliman.
