Spaces RE Establishes West Loop Presence

Residential brokerage Spaces Real Estate has opened a new office at 1035 W. Lake St. in the West Loop neighborhood. The 4,000-square-foot space is the second and largest office for the full-service real estate brokerage, and establishes a brick-and-mortar presence for the company’s Elevated Spaces division, which serves the high-end downtown rental market.

“We have experienced tremendous growth over the past few years, and while we’ve been working downtown for a while, we felt it was time to establish a physical presence there,” said Bentley Phillips, founder of Spaces Real Estate, which specializes in residential leasing downtown and throughout the North Side.

The 4,000-square-foot open-plan space is twice the size of the company’s Lakeview office, which will remain at full capacity. In addition to serving as the headquarters for Elevated Spaces, the West Loop location will also serve neighborhoods surrounding downtown and provide ample space for training and other events.
