Spaces Opens 2nd Location in Boston

Coworking company Spaces has opened a 38,000-square-foot location at 75 State St., a 872,648-square-foot office tower in downtown Boston. The 31-story tower was completed in 1987.

The firm opened its first Boston location at 361 Newbury St. two years ago. Spaces State Street will feature dedicated desks, private offices, fully-equipped meeting rooms and a business club. The location will also include a roof deck, wellness room, a gym and yoga classes.

Existing tenants at the tower include LPL Financial, Hollister, New Boston Fund, Scotia Capital and American Well.
