Spaces Joins Tenant Roster at Redeveloped 787 Eleventh

Coworking firm Spaces will lease 99,000 square feet at the Georgetown Company’s recently redeveloped 787 Eleventh Ave. on Manhattan’s Far West Side. This lease brings the project to approximately 90% occupancy.

A division of IWG, the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, Spaces will join a 787 Eleventh tenant roster that has recently added Dwight Capital and William Ackman’s Pershing Square Capital. The property’s bottom five floors are occupied by Jaguar Land Rover and Nissan/Infiniti dealerships.

“When looking for a Spaces location, we search for vibrant areas with great surrounding amenities and easy access to restaurants, entertainment, retail shops and transportation,” said IWG’s Michael Berretta. “787 Eleventh perfectly fit all of those criteria.”

A CBRE team of Mary Ann Tighe, Evan Haskell, Arkady Smolyansky, Ben Joseph and Ross Zimbalist is leading the leasing effort for the renovated property. CBRE’s Mark Ravesloot, William Iacovelli and Peter Danna represented Spaces.
