Southwest Value Partners completed the acquisition of two hotel properties in Scottsdale, AZ. The San Diego buyer has ownership rights to the 235-room Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas, and the 378-key DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Paradise Valley Scottsdale. Also part of the acquisition was an 11,000-square-foot office building adjacent to the Paradise Valley property. Dimension Development was retained to manage both properties.

The seller and price weren’t listed; however, media reports indicate that Rockpoint Group owned the hotels. The Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas is situated on more than 25 acres at 6333 N. Scottsdale Rd. The DoubleTree Resort sits on 23 acres at 5401 N. Scottsdale Rd.

“We look forward to making numerous quality upgrades to the guestrooms, meeting space, and grounds and landscaping at both hotels that will further enhance the guest experience and solidify each property as a top resort destination,” Southwest Value’s Mark Schlossberg and Cary Mack said in a statement.
