Southland Industries Inks 93K-SF MD Full-Building Lease

Southland Industries, a California-based company providing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering (MEP) services to commercial and industrial buildings, has signed a 93,000-square-foot full-building lease with Elion Partners.  

The company plans to expand into 12051 Indian Creek Court in the Beltsville section of Prince George’s County, Maryland. The single-story industrial/warehouse building is located near US Route 1, Interstate 95, and MD Route 200. Southland Industries, with locations in 18 offices across eight states, will use the building for equipment, material storage and house employees. 

MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Adam Nachlas and Chris Bennett, as well as Matt Wiley of Savills provided tenant representation JLL’s Dan Coats and John Dettleff represented Elion Partners. “Southland Industries is an extremely active and highly-regarded vendor serving the commercial real estate industry, which was in need of expansion space in response to the company’s continued growth,” stated MacKenzie’s Adam Nachlas.
