Southland Holdings’ Corporate HQ Delivers in Grapevine
A new two-story headquarters office building for Southland Holdings was recently completed in Grapevine. The office building is comprised of 40,000 square feet.
The site was designed to save dozens of large existing trees and used tiltwall/structural steel hybrid construction. Southland Holdings’ corporate headquarters was recently awarded a tilt-up achievement award from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. Alliance Architects team members include Scott Meyer, Zach Weldy, Jordan Raymond and Robert Bryant. Alston Construction was the general contractor, Structural Studio provided structural engineering services, and Belle Firma provided the landscape architecture for the courtyard
