Southern Massachusetts Industrial Asset Sells for $10M 

A 147,444-square-foot industrial property in Mattapoisett, Massachusetts, was acquired by a private investor for $9.9 million. The names of the buyer and seller were not disclosed.  

The property, situated at 5 Industrial Drive, occupies 10.67 acres. Built in 1985, the building features parking, nine loading docks, and the potential to add six more docks.  

Marcus & Millichap represented both the seller and the buyer with a team led by Laurie Ann “L.A.” Drinkwater and Seth J. Richard. “This was a unique opportunity to acquire a vacant warehouse with direct Interstate access in southeastern Massachusetts,” said Drinkwater.
