Southern Land Company Developing Houston Multifamily, Office High-Rises
Southern Land Company (SLC) will develop a mixed-use project comprised of two buildings, one an office and the other a multifamily community.
A 36-story residential tower will house approximately 318 luxury apartment homes, including 18 penthouses in the River Oaks area of Houston. Amenities include an outdoor pool deck on the 36th floor and a garden deck on the seventh floor. The garden deck will span the residential tower and the second building, a Class AA office building. The seventh floor of the tower will also include a residential spa and guest suites, as well as a fitness center for both residents and office tenants.
The office building will total approximately 75,000 square feet situated over a garage podium and approximately 22,000 square feet of rooftop, ground-level restaurant and retail space.
Design details and renderings will be available at a later date. SLC plans to break ground on the project in spring 2024.
