South Tempe Industrial Gets High Marks in Off-Market Sale
Elliot Park 10, a 95,300-square-foot multi-tenant industrial asset in Tempe, was recently purchased in an off-market transaction for $10.5 million. Emeryville, CA-based Libitzky Property Companies acquired the multi-building property from Newport Beach, CA-based BKM Capital Partners. The property was 95 percent leased at the time of sale.
Bob Buckley and Tracy Cartledge with Cushman & Wakefield in Phoenix represented both parties in the sale.
“Libitzky owns an adjacent property and was therefore well aware of the excellent location dynamics for industrial in south Tempe. We approached the seller on their behalf and were able to consummate a transaction off market,” said Buckley.
Elliot Park 10 is located at 1819–1849 W Drake Dr. and provides I-10 frontage. The property features dedicated and common truckwells, and ample parking. It is positioned near the I-10 and US-60 freeways, along with retail amenities.
Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM.
In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
