South Shore USA, a furniture manufacturer and distributor, inked a deal for 56,400 square feet of warehouse space at 19 Butterfield Trail in El Paso. The tenant, represented by CBRE’s Bill Caparis, is using the space through a short-term period while it builds its own facility. Chad McCleskey, also with CBRE, negotiated terms on behalf of the landlord, Sealy Southwest Properties LP.

South Shore Furniture, headquartered in Quebec, announced in early 2018 that it would develop a 132,000-square-foot building on six acres at 1435 Don Haskins Dr. in El Paso’s Vista del Sol District on the southeast side.  The company has leased warehouse space in El Paso since 2010, where it processes goods manufactured across the Rio Grande in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.
