South Park MF Development Breaks Ground

Early Bird Alert: Connect Apartments is planned for September 28th in Los Angeles. Here’s where to get more information and register.

Los Angeles-based FMB Development and Build4You broke ground at 1317 Hope Street in DTLA’s South Park District, near the L.A. Convention Center, Staples Center, L.A. Live and the Metro Blue Line Pico Station. The landmark seven-story mixed-use property includes 38 residential units and 4,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.

Tailored to meet the needs of the Downtown workforce, 1317 Hope Street features modern studio and one-bedroom apartments, along with two luxury penthouse suites, each with their own private rooftop decks. The project is expected to benefit from its location in the heart of one of SoCal’s dynamic entertainment districts and growing residential community.

FMB’s Ilan Kenig says, “FMB recognizes that we are not just in the business of building housing or retail space, we are also in the business of building community. And we take that responsibility very seriously.”
