South Park Industrial Welcomes Two New Tenants

Llano Realty Partners LLC recently arranged two leases with Charger Water Treatment LLC, a Crawford Supply company, and Toyota Tsusho America, at South Park Industrial Park Building II in San Antonio. These leases were arranged on behalf of the landlord to take the building to full stabilization. NAI Partners and JLL represented the tenants, respectively.

South Park II is a 150,000-square-foot new-construction industrial project developed by a partnership between Industrial Group Southwest and 18 Squared GP LLC in the south submarket of San Antonio near the Port of San Antonio. The partnership between IGX and 18 Squared was one of the first developers to utilize the Opportunity Zone program in San Antonio.

“IGX and 18 Squared developed a high-quality asset that met a growing need for distribution space to service area manufacturers as well as booming growth on the west side of San Antonio,” said Cullen Mills, co-founder and president of Llano Realty. “Tenant demand was extremely high for this project, and we were pleased to get these deals done with great credit tenants within two weeks of each other.”
