South Dallas to Land Lidl Store

Plans for a 36,000-square-foot Lidl store have been approved for South Dallas’ Summit Parc area, at Wheatland and Clark Roads.

The development will provide another grocery option in an area with few. The low-cost, German-based grocer, well known throughout Europe, has more than 10,000 locations around the globe. In its mission to establish a U.S. presence, the company has been buying up land – including more than $10 million in land across North Texas.
