South Carolina Apartment Community Trades for $23M

Cushman & Wakefield arranged the $23.3-million sale of Heron Lake, a 216-unit apartment community in Columbia. Located at 1340 N. Brickyard Rd., the community features a resort-style pool and clubhouse. Additional amenities include bike storage, a car care center, fitness center, sand volleyball courts and a pet park.

Tai Cohen, Jordan McCarley and Marc Robinson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, MAS Broken Arrow, in the transaction. Collins Group purchased the property.

“Heron Lake residents enjoy seamless access to premier retail and employment centers,” said Cohen. “Sitting in the heart of northern Richland County’s path of growth makes it an incredibly attractive investment for Collins Group.”
