South Atlanta Multifamily Property Trades for $14M

Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the $13.8 million sale of Golf Vista Apartments, a 200-unit multifamily community in South Atlanta.

Built in 1971, the property is nearby a Walmart, a Kroger supermarket and a number of other restaurants as well as the public Brown’s Mill Golf Course. The property is made up primarily of two- and three-bedroom floorplans.

Austin Graham and David Harrington of Matthews brokered the transaction on behalf of the seller, a private ownership group out of Miami that had owned the property for more than 15 years. The buyer, Olive Tree Holdings, was sourced by Graham and Harrington.
