Ledo Capital Group and St. Clair Commercial Real Estate are teaming up to build a three-building, 663,000 square foot industrial project in San Marcos. It will be in the Whisper South master-planned area just north of the Blanco River to the east of Interstate 10.

The Austin Business Journal reports It’s the latest indication investors are rushing in to plant their flags in one of the fastest-growing corridors of the country. The to-be-named San Marcos Business Park will be split into three buildings: a 204,000-square-foot single or multi-tenant space, an 84,000-square-foot space and a 375,000-square-foot space.

Construction is scheduled to start in Q4 2023 with expected delivery of all three buildings in 12 months. Austin-based Arco Murray Design Build is heading up construction. Kimley-Horn will provide civil engineering services.
