Sotheby’s Institute of Art Renews Midtown Lease with Feil Organization
The Feil Organization secured a 10-year lease renewal with Sotheby’s Institute of Art, which is based at 570 Lexington Ave. with a 19,436-square-foot space across the entire sixth floor. Sotheby’s Institute of Art is part of BrandEd, a leading provider of industry-immersive education.
A global leader in art and luxury business education, Sotheby’s Institute has been a tenant at 570 Lexington for the past 18 years and will invest in modernizing its administrative offices and classrooms on the sixth floor.
“We’re thrilled that Sotheby’s Institute of Art has chosen to remain at 570 Lexington for the long term,” said Andrew Wiener, head of commercial office leasing at The Feil Organization. “Their commitment to renewing and modernizing their space is a testament to the building’s premier location and the strength of our relationship with the tenant.”
Feil was represented in-house by Weiner, Tim Parlante and Kyle Young. Brad Needleman and Matt Augarten from Newmark represented Sotheby’s Institute of Art.
