The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch in Arizona is undergoing a multiphase renovation which is expected to be completed in October. The $110 million transformation encompasses the 493 rooms, the food-and-beverage outlets, the fitness center and the 70,000 square feet of meeting space. Upon completion, the property will be rebranded as a Grand Hyatt.

The Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort will unveil its fully renovated meeting space – the revitalized 14,000-square-foot Vaquero Ballroom. In January 2025, the resort will open its new grand Arizona Ballroom, which will be nearly tripled in size to 25,000 square feet. 

The new resort will also feature 10 swimming pools, including a 10-acre destination pool complex and an updated spa with 19 treatment rooms.

Two dining experiences have been added. H2Oasis on the adult side serves tacos and frozen cocktails. In the family-friendly section, Sandbar offers American comfort foods, such as burgers, chicken tenders and French fries.
